Athanor - English -🇺🇸-🇬🇧-🇦🇺…

Athanor is a motionless and yet distant trip, a pilgrimage on the shores of our own transformation, our transmutation. An upsetting and lonely exodus, however, it leads to the encounter of Life, to the revelation of existence : “When you know how to walk with the storm in your mind, then you can dance with the peace of your soul”.

Paris is an alchemical city, both Witch and Queen, she is a Learned and Wise but likes to play the falsely disillusioned Harlot’s game, then she lifts up her beautiful and expensive petticoat under which she is naked such a pretty dream that I love to dearly stroke. Lutetia is also a haughty bourgeois but, when she gets bored with her cultured and foolish princes as well as her clownish princesses spread with another woman’s face, she puts on a riffraff hood and goes away to rob some sensitive hearts walking on the stone quays.

I’ve composed Athanor with 415 Hz pitch, I wanted this electronic music to be closer to a baroque instrumental sound and tone, I had to take a superfluous brightness off, then I dressed its depth with glittering and apparently disoriented percussions which meet, love and marry. There is a sun on the other side of the night. I wish you a nice stroll towards the dawn.
